All content, project details, pricing, layouts, specifications, amenities, approvals, timelines, offers, and representations displayed on the website or communicated by Xackridge are indicative, informational, and subject to change by the respective developer, seller, or third party, and shall not constitute a legally binding offer or warranty.

Users acknowledge that final decisions relating to booking, purchase, investment, or leasing of any property are taken solely at their own discretion and risk after independent verification, and Xackridge shall not be responsible for commercial outcomes, investment returns, or transaction success.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, Delhi, the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Subject to arbitration, courts at New Delhi, Delhi, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
