- Xackridge Private Limited ("Xackridge") respects the privacy rights of its users and provides a transparent mechanism for users to request deletion of their personal data collected through its website, communication channels, and services, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- If a user wishes to delete any personal data shared with Xackridge, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, enquiry details, or communication records, the user must submit a formal request via email.
- Data deletion requests must be sent from the user's registered email address to [email protected] with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request".
- The request email should clearly specify the personal data the user wishes to have deleted and briefly explain why deletion of such data is important or required from the user's perspective.
- Upon receipt of a valid request, Xackridge will verify the identity of the requesting user to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent deletion of data.
- Once verification is completed, Xackridge will permanently delete the requested personal data from its active systems, databases, and internal records, except where retention is required under applicable law, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
- After successful deletion of the user's personal data, Xackridge will send a confirmation email to the user's registered email address confirming that the data deletion request has been completed.
- Xackridge endeavours to process all valid data deletion requests within a reasonable time frame and in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.
- This User Data Deletion Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Disclaimer of Xackridge, which collectively govern the handling of user information and data rights.
